Job Description

The Infrastructure Support Analyst would be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of the Leidos Airborne Solutions environment, associated services, and applications.

The objective of this position is to provide IS support and services aligned to Leidos Airborne Solutions business requirements.

Primary Role

  • Escalation and triage point for all incidents
  • Provide operational checks of all error logs and successful backups. Apply remedial action or by delegation for any problems identified.
  • Provide administrative support for server and backup infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IS staff and third parties to ensure efficient operation of Infrastructure
  • Ensure IT compliance standards and frameworks are adhered to (ASD Essential 8, etc)
  • Support BCP and DR initiatives.
  • Communicate support actions, activities and schedules with all responsible parties in relation to jobs in progress and recorded in the Helpdesk software system.
  • Comply with full change management process and procedures.
  • Maintain change control documentation and standards.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Services with a focus in a field such as Cyber, Enterprise IT, Software Development or Networking

Desirable

  • Windows Operating Systems (10, Windows Server).
  • Linux Operating Systems (Ubuntu)
  • Microsoft 365
  • Amazon Web Services
  • IT Monitoring tools

Additional Information

Successful candidates must be Australian Citizens at the time of application to be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
