Job Description

We have a 12 month opportunity for a Procurement Officer to join Leidos and support our procurement team for our Airborne Solutions line of business.  This position will see you engage with various stakeholders across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement Operations and liaising within project teams, this role will see you;

  • Work across both Direct & Indirect Procurement Requirements
  • Provide support to other key projects and support other procurement representatives / officers as required;
  • Contribute to solutions to complex problems faced by stakeholders;
  • Management of procurement requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing and closeout;
  • Review & approve all Airborne solutions NPO (Non-Purchase Order) requirements via ERP & non-ERP systems & processes
  • Generation of standard reporting across the procurement function;
  • Collaboration with US and Australia based accounts payable teams for vendor set up, in country vendor invoice processes
  • On the ground Subject Matter Expert advising key stakeholders on policy and process

Additional Information

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and at minimum have a Baseline clearance and be able to obtain an NV-1.
