Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Procurement Officer. This position will see you engage with various stakeholders across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager and liaising within project teams, this role will see you;

  • Managing Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Invoicing;
  • Responsible for the administration of Labour Hire Engagements including; rate negotiations, development of Labour Hire agreements, purchase order and ongoing management;
  • Managing the Labour Hire engagement database and developing templates for use in engagement of new Labour Hire Resources;
  • Developing and distributing procurement reports including monthly expenditure, purchase order/purchase requisition metrics and non-purchase order payments;
  • Processing In-Country Vendor Invoices including billing account creation, vendor profile management and reporting;
  • Managing PO Funding and raising SLICS tickets

Qualifications

You bring experience in a corporate administrative role and a great attitude.

You have:

  • The ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
  • Skills in engaging and influencing key stakeholders
  • Proven experience in identifying issues and providing positive outcomes
  • Experience in a similar Procurement role (valuable but not essential)
