Job Description

We have an opportunity to join the Centralised Processing (CP) program - a key Defence ICT program - as a Level 2 Systems Administrator, based in Canberra. This role will maintain the smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with other service providers, network administrators and Level 3 Specialist Teams.  

Duties include: 

  • Troubleshooting Level 2 End User incidents
  • Setting up administrator and service accounts
  • Create and maintain support documentation
  • Supporting Print services support
  • Level 2 Microsoft Exchange support
  • File restore support.

  • A Customer Service Advocate - able to empathise and effectively communicate with end users and team members.
