Job Description

Your New Role

We are a growing Program team that specialises in IT infrastructure based projects related to end user experience in the Defence space.  It’s an exciting time to be in our team, with a strong pipeline of interesting and complex projects. We are looking for a Technical Lead to take ownership of an entire project solution and ensure its technical success.

  • Design and define system architecture for new or existing complex computer systems
  • Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
  • Determine systems specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and maintenance of system security
  • Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system
  • Provide technical guidance for database administrators and software developers, and system engineers
  • Responsible for delivery of technical components within a given project work stream
  • Adopt modern technologies supporting PaaS, Infrastructure as Code, SDDC, SDN, etc.

Due to the nature of work we do for our customers, all applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current NV-2 security clearance with AGSVA.
