Project and Team – The opportunity

This is an opportunity to work with our customer and our delivery teams to maintain and expand our Service Request Catalogue.

Duties – What you’ll be doing

Your role includes but is not limited to::

  • Execution of the Service Request Catalogue Processes and Procedures;

  • Drive further development of Service Request Catalogue including process, procedures, work instructions, knowledge base articles, etc.

  • Work with partners and the customer to identify opportunities to improve and/or automate Service request Catalogue items

  • Prepare Reports for presentation as required;

Most importantly, you ensure that everything you do is secure, consistent, repeatable, and scalable.


Having expert skills and experience in the following areas is essential:

  • Service management and reporting

  • ServiceNow

  • ITIL v3 or v4 processes

General knowledge of one or more of the following technical disciplines would also be highly valued:

  • Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)

  • Public cloud service integration

  • Outsourcing and vendor management

Additional Information

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a current Defence NV-1 security clearance .
