Job Description

Your New Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manually process, manage, and analyse a high volume of invoices nationally.
  • Match invoices to Purchase Orders and process in accounting system.
  • Manage Accounts Payable inbox daily.
  • Ensure timetables and deadlines are met.
  • Answering queries from both internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
  • Seek better or alternative processes, systems or ideas to better enhance business results.
  • Must be confident in dealing face-to-face, in writing and verbally with suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Work effectively as part of a team whilst also having the ability to work autonomously when required.
  • Ensure timetables and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

About You'll and What You'll Bring

To be successful for this position you will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Accounts Payable Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise certain tasks and follow up when required.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Please Note: This role is a part time role and the remuneration will be pro-rata.
