Learning & Organisation Capability Consultant

  • Full-time
  • Job Type: Permanent

Company Description

People join Leidos Australia for many different reasons. The interesting projects. Supportive and open-minded colleagues. The opportunities to develop. What unites us is the fact that everything we do benefits and safeguards Australia in some way. We’re proud of our Mission to make the world safer, healthier and more efficient, and every Leidos team member has a valued role to play – to Be the difference.

Job Description

Your new role

You’ll be part of our innovative and well-respected Organisation Capability Team which designs, develops and delivers initiatives covering a wide range of organisational development domains to make Leidos an even better place to work.

This L&OC role focusses heavily on Learning and Development, with Career Development & Graduate Development also part of the portfolio. There’s real opportunity to mature our learning landscape and we need someone with the passion, vision and capability to take it to the next level.

We’re looking for experience in, and a love of, building and evolving in addition to managing and maintaining. On the career development front, we’ve just created new Workforce Planning role within the broader HR Team so you'll work with them to develop resources and support for career development.

And in the graduate space, this year we’re hiring over 50 graduates, so one of your goals will be working with our Early Careers Lead to ensure that both the induction and the ongoing development program ticks all of the boxes.

On top of this, the small (but powerful) OC Team and indeed the broader HR Team are collectively responsible for a range of People initiatives so you’ll no doubt be asked to support, lead or contribute to other projects during the year. It’s never boring!

Qualifications

About you and what you'll bring

  • able to leverage your knowledge & experience while demonstrating openness through your curiosity and the questions you ask ?
