Job Description

Your new role 

Join a supportive and close-knit Project team supporting a critical assignment for our Defence customer. This is a great role for those on the development path into Project Manager, we promote internally and provide you with a buddy and mentor.

In this role you play a critical role in ensuring the project documentation, reporting and rhythms are delivered according to customer requirements. You are the right hand to the project manager and the team, facilitating meetings, preparing key project artefacts such as schedule, status reporting and risk register and managing important correspondence with the customer. 

Your experience includes: 

  • NV1 cleared with defence experience; 
  • Experience developing project artefacts such as reporting on budget, schedule, risks and issues and resourcing; 
  • Strong customer centricity; 
  • Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities; 
  • Creative thinking and problem solving; 
  • Ideally experience on ICT programs in a multi vendor context, but not essential.
