As a Vulnerability Management Analyst, you will be responsible for proactively identifying vulnerabilities in systems, and assisting with recommended remediation. This is an interesting role with broad responsibilities and scope and will allow you to test and hone your skills, whilst contributing to National Security. 

Qualifications

About You and What You’ll Bring

  • Proactively scan for network, server and system vulnerabilities in critical infrastructure
  • Monitor vendor websites and other sources of information for recent vulnerabilities and assess their risk to the network
  • Recommend remediation activities
  • Participate in and support threat hunts, incident response and other activities across the network

You will have the following skills/knowledge:

  • 2 years or more in a similar role
  • Experience with scanning and vulnerability management on large complex networks
  • Intermediate experience with distributed Nessus deployments
  • Basic experience with other analysis tools such as SCCM/SCOM/WSUS

Additional Information

Successful candidates will be required to be Australian Citizens and be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance. NV-2 Clearance preferred, but an NV-1 cleared candidate with strong experience and team fit will be considered. This role requires tasks to be performed onsite due to the nature of the networks used.

The successful candidate may need to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements applicable to this role, and your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
