Your New Role 

Opportunities available for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with 5 years+ of experience. Join our growing team, delivering projects in Defence and Federal Government.

You'll work on a variety of ICT projects including Infrastructure and Applications, including simple and complex projects depending on your experience and appetite. You'll work with our Engineering matrix team to deliver projects in collaboration with other cross functional teams. 

As a Senior Project Manager you'll also have the opportunity to define new programs of work and contribute to new proposals, bids and captures, helping us define our future state. This will provide opportunity to put your name to complex and career defining programs. 

 In a typical day, you might:

• Develop and maintain project artefacts as required including PMP, schedule, risk and issues registers, and communication plans etc; 
• Run project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting and stakeholder management; 
• Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions as appropriate; 
• Manage dependencies that are being delivered by vendors such as hardware;  
• Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end-users and management; 
• Participate in budget development and tracking against schedule and cost; 

About you and What You’ll Bring

You have 5-10 years experience in Project Management in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You are ideally experienced in either Federal Government or Defense sector and understand how they run projects, their challenges and opportunities. You bring strong relationship skills and organisation. 

For a junior to intermediate Project Manager, you have experience developing project artefacts including PMPs, Schedules and Budgets and can track changes to scope.

As a Senior Project Manager, you are ideally experienced in project remediation, scope control, risk management, quality control and benefits realisation.   

Due to the nature of the work, this role will require applicants to be Australian Citizens with a current NV-1 clearance.
