Multiple Trainee oportunities availble.

We have a unique opportunity for you to develop your career as an entry-level ServiceNow Administrator under a Trainee Program. Working with and learning from a highly skilled engineering professionals, you will gain exposure to leading-edge technology and some important government programs, all in a supportive and friendly environment. 

An average week for an Trainee ServiceNow Administrator could include a wide range of activities, including:

  • Participate in systems software configuration to support ServiceNow module development and operational tasks
  • Maintain and enhance ServiceNow module implementations including IT Service Management and IT Operations modules.
  • Create, maintain and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
  • Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles.
  • Work closely with other ServiceNow developers to ensure modules are available as needed to support deployment of advanced configurations
  • Configure, administer and enhance core application
  • Assist in the design and definition of ITSM Process flows as per customer requirements aligned to ServiceNow offerings

In addition to the exposure to ServiceNow Administration, you will be provided a tailored (and holistic) training program, mentoring and on the job experience to continuously enhance your ServiceNow and IT skills/knowledge over 12 months. Training and practical experience will be aligned to the ServiceNow training and certification pathways and include certifications on relevant technologies/platform modules

At the completion of 12 month fixed term, successful Trainees will be will be highly regarded for full-time employment opportunities.

Qualifications

This role is for someone looking for a 12 month trainee/industry based work experience and ideal for someone who is currently completing, or have completed a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent; or who has relevant practical experience providing service desk or technical support. Successful Trainee Administrators will require a reasonable knowledge of core Information Technology, an understanding of ITIL including service management, and basic knowledge of relational databases.
