Your New Role

Leidos Australia has an opportunity to support an exciting new key Government contract, supporting Australia and it’s national interests, both locally and overseas.

The Trainer is primarily responsible for the delivery of the Cybersecurity training program that educates operators of the hybrid workforce on key methodologies and processes. This includes the supporting the development of a Training Needs Analysis.

The Trainer supports the Training Support Manager and helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness.

  • Schedule appropriate training sessions.
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
  • Train and guide employees.
  • Support the development of monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.

Qualifications

About You and What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, finance or related field.
  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a teaching position.
  • Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

This role is a 6 month non-ongoing opportunity. Open to either Permanent Fixed Term and Contract.

Additional Information

Successful candidates will be required to be Australian Citizens and be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance. NV-2 Clearance preferred, but an NV-1 cleared candidate with strong experience and team fit will be considered.
