Your new role 

We have an opportunity for an experienced C4ISR Engineer to join our Business Development and Captures team. This role will see you partner with cross functional teams to provide technical leadership on complex defence related pursuits in the C4ISR and electronic mission systems domain. 

Your role will involve providing technical direction and design leadership in tender responses, but may also include influencing the customer in the shaping of opportunities and solutions. 

This role reports into the Science, Technology and Engineering group at Leidos, our centre of excellence for technical leadership and as such will see you work with highly skilled peers in various technical domains. 

There is scope for this role to move into delivery depending on the ambitions of the successful applicant. 

About you and what you'll bring 

To be successful in this role, you must have a background in Engineering and have experience on mission systems or C4ISR related programs. You will therefore have experience with defence, whether through a prime service provider or directly from the ADF. You have sounds knowledge of ASDEFCON, Systems and Electrical Engineering and excellent stakeholder management skills. You thrive in cross functional project teams and have a collaborative, consultative approach.
