About your new role

Due to continued growth, we currently have a great opportunity for a Change Coordinator to join our account supporting key Defence ICT infrastructure here at Leidos. This role will be responsible for the support of changes for an array of projects ensuring:

  • Changes are raised efficiently
  • Changes are reviewed and coordinated through each stage of the change process
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and engineers
  • Prepare and present changes for approval in Change Advisory Boards (CAB)
  • Obtaining CAB approvals
  • Scheduling and de-conflicting changes
  • Adherence to the Change Management Process guidelines

Qualifications

About you and what you'll bring

  • ITIL V3 Qualified is preferred, but not essential
  • Preferred understanding of ITIL Processes and how Change Management integrates with the other ITIL Processes
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify solutions
  • Strong presentation, engagement & communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve deliverables and positive outcomes
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently

Additional Information

Due to the nature of the work this role will require applicants to be Australian Citizens with a NV1 clearance or ability to obtain. This position is based onsite at Mitchell, Canberra.
