Leidos Australia is the largest commercial supplier of intelligence services to the Australian Government and provides a number of critical systems integration projects to the Department of Defence. We also deliver service management, including service desk, for the Australian Tax Office, supporting 25,000 ATO end users.

About your new role

Working on one of our large Government client accounts, this role will coordinate Service Leads from across the Multi-Vendor Environment to ensure all infrastructure and application management elements of the services are managed and reflected in service management reporting.

Functions

• Monitoring the health of key services and systems during a defined shift;

• Ensure that adequate workplace health and safety measures are in place for the EOC;

• Provide daily reports reflective of Operational, Business and Executive priorities and informational
  needs;

• Provide updates to Executive at set intervals and as production issues arise;

• Facilitation of Conferences with clients and required stakeholders;

About you and what you'll bring 

• ITIL Foundation v3 / v4 certified;

• Proven experience within a Service Management role including, but not
  limited to; Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management;

• Experience monitoring systems within a Government/Multi-Vendor
  Environment;

• Ability to work in a demanding environment with an enthusiastic sense of
  customer support;

• Must be able to work shift work on a 24 x 7 rotating roster.

The mission of the Enterprise Operations Centre (EOC) is to provide an enterprise ability to be predictive and to monitor, manage, respond and report on system and service health to business, executive and operational stakeholders in real-time. It is led by the program's Duty Manager and actively contributed to by all Service Providers and IT Service Management (ITSM).
