Your new role

This role reports to the Program Manager, in this role your primary focus is to maintain the smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. We have opportunities for Systems Administrators with a range of experience, some of which include: 

• Provide level 1 support to uses and customer management personnel on systems technical issues
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and prepare appropriate reports
• Detect, isolate and resolve automated information system problems

About you

We are seeking experience service desk administrators with ability to demonstrate experience in one or more of the following:

• Provide Level 1 hardware, software, telephony and peripheral products support to end users to
• facilitate the efficient and productive use of equipment and systems.
• Use the computerised call tracking system to monitor and act on service calls referred by the Service Desk to provide documented solutions to hardware and software support calls.
• Contribute to the development of procedural and instructional documentation for reference by end users to improve their understanding of the operational protocols in use.
