Job Description

Your New Role 
Lead a Windows 10 End User Workspace (EUW) transformation project. 

Due to growth of one of our key Federal Government Accounts we have a permanent opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to join our team. You will lead the EUW roll out, which is just one element of a complex program of work across multiple streams. 

Your responsibilities will include (not limited to):

  • Lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and stakeholder management;
  • Engage with the customer as their trusted adviser, to ensure high quality project execution; 
  • Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions;
  • Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end users and management;
  • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost;
  • Develop and update project artifacts as required including: PMP, schedule, risk and issues registers, communication plans etc;
  • Manage the subcontract partners and vendors to ensure high quality outcomes for the project; 
  • Provide inputs in budget development and evaluating how project plan changes impact cost and schedule.

 

Qualifications

About you and What You’ll Bring

  • Over 7 years’ ICT project management experience delivering outcomes in complex, multi-vendor environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in Windows 10 Standard Operating Environment (SOE) upgrades and enterprise business application validation.
  • Demonstrated experience in simultaneously managing a diverse range of ICT projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, leadership, risk mitigation and business improvement methodologies.
  • Formal qualification in Project Management (Bachelor or Diploma) or Professional membership would be desirable.
  • Experience in agile based project delivery.
