Your New Role

You will join our busy Careers Team and collaborate closely with our senior stakeholders on end to end recruitment across Defence and Federal Government portfolios. This is a fast growing business and a project driven environment, so you will be recruiting roles in Melbourne and Canberra across Engineering and IT disciplines.

This is a varied role so in addition to operational recruitment, you will support the team by ensuring the best employee experience possible across pre-employment to the 1st 6 months of the employee life cycle.

You will have the opportunity to support the broader HR team in exciting projects which aligns to our growth strategy, some these areas include SWP, Employee Branding and Experience.

This position is being offered as a 6-12 month fixed term basis to begin with.

About you and what you’ll bring

We care most about the energy and enthusiasm you bring to your work, your team oriented approach and willingness to learn. This is an ever changing environment, so a flexible approach and open mindedness is important. You love being busy and you thrive in high volume recruitment peaks.

You will have experience in end to end recruitment, either from an internal or agency recruitment team. Experience in the domains of Engineer, IT or Defence are highly valued but not essential.
