Job Description

Your New Role 

As a key member of the senior leadership cohort, lead a team of Service Delivery Managers who will together, deliver an ambitious ITSM transformation program within a federal government account. Our goal is to embed a global best practice standard of Service Operations through a Service and Integration Management (SIAM) implementation.

This role reports into the Senior Account Executive and has responsibility for leading a large high performing team in Service Operations. This is a well-established account however there is an opportunity to forge new customer relationships and drive strategic goals within the program. Your main responsibility will be enabling your team to execute the Service Delivery goals outlined in the transformation strategy. This will require a high level of senior stakeholder influence, ability to listen and empathise and an empowering leadership approach. Your immediate priorities will be establishing constructive team rhythms and driving a high performance culture to position your team for success.

You will be working with a number of experts in the field including an ITIL Master and author of an industry leading best practice text on Service Integration and Management. You’ll be leading a highly motivated and ambitious team who are eager to deliver exceptional outcomes for the customer. Qualifications

About You and What You'll Bring 

You are an exceptional people leader and are a seasoned Service Delivery Manager with proven experience in Service Operations transformation initiatives. Experience in Federal Government or Private Sector will be equally valued. Your outstanding relationship skills are underpinned by your ability to listen, empathise, synthesize complex information and provide a high level of comfort and assurance to your customer, as a trusted advisor. You are passionate about your field; this is reflected in your knowledge of industry best practice.
