Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who will thrive in a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will handle the specification and design of information systems to meet defined business needs. You will identify concepts and translate into implementable design.

What will you be doing?

  • Recommends/designs structures and tools for systems which meet business needs and takes into account target environment, performance & security requirements and existing systems. Delivers technical visualisation of proposed applications for approval by customer and execution by system developers.
  • Translates logical designs into physical designs, and produces detailed design documentation. Maps work to user specification and removes errors and deviations from specification to achieve user-friendly processes.
  • Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SharePoint based initiatives (Upgraded Versions, Third-Party Solutions and Integration with additional Enterprise Systems). Perform typical system administrative activities such as site creation, backup, restore and issue resolution. Technical support and workflow communication.
  • Install and configure SharePoint infrastructure.
  • Plan, design and implement SharePoint security including, but not limited to, authentication, security roles, user groups, audiences, and item level security.
  • Plan, design and implement SharePoint data protection, backup and recovery.
  • Assist with evaluating new SharePoint technologies and recommend best-practice solutions
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical incidents occurring within SharePoint
  • Plan and design improvements to SharePoint performance.
  • Create documentation for any function performed under any competency.
  • Ensure solutions require minimal training to the end user while maintaining high reliability and usability.
  • Maintain technical documentation that supports the systems
  • Analysis reporting for the purpose of capacity planning
  • Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
  • Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
  • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
  • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards
  • Ensure software is updated with latest features

Qualifications

What are we looking for in you?

  • Essential – SP2013/16/19 administration
  • Essential – Microsoft stack (AD, .Net, SQL)
  • Desirable – Nintex, Sintelix & Titus experience

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen with current NV-1 or NV-2 security clearance.
