Our Procurement Team are seeking a highly motivated Buyer to support the sourcing and vendor management function. 

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, your duties will include;
•    Compiling and distributing procurement reports.
•    Attending meetings and capturing actions/issues/risks.
•    Processing Non-PO Payments via the Procure-2-Pay system.
•    Create/Amend/Close Purchase Orders in the Procure-2-Pay system.
•    Undertake data reconciliations and report findings.
•    Develop and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders.
•    Provide administrative support to the Procurement and Commercial Management (SCM) Teams.

About You and What you will bring

• Experience in compilation and distribution of Procurement Reports and data reconciliations. 
• Experience in processing Non-PO Payments via the Procure-2-Pay system
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•  Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels
•  Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. 
•  High level of initiative in developing and improving systems and procedures.
•  An outcome focused approach to delivery.
•  Self-motivation, ability to work in a very dynamic environment and constantly update knowledge.
•  Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks, which have competing demands 
• Ability to consistently produce excellent results in a complex environment
