Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to play a leading role in the development of competitively priced proposals for new and existing clients.  This role will see you work closely with our technical and scheduling experts and participate in pricing reviews with management and customer representatives.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) or contract specifications. 
  • Financial modelling for pricing responses.
  • Coordinating the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments. 
  • Researching and analysing historical data, developing cost models to support proposal efforts. 
  • Participating in cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives.
  • analysing cost elements of tenders for internal reviews.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to obtain inputs and direction required for pricing.

This role will see you interacting with many parts of the business so your ability to build relationships, communicate with a broad range of teams as well as negotiate and influence is a must. You will engage your stakeholders and work with them to achieve your deadlines. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and not be afraid to drive process improvement.

You will also have

  • Experience working with and applying industry practices, principles, concepts, techniques and standards
  • Extensive experience in a similar role where you can demonstrate your ability to work within tight timeframes.
  • Impressive financial and analytical background.
  • Comfortable to work autonomously
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • ProPricer knowledge desirable
  • Bachelor in a Finance related discipline (CPA or CA desirable)
