Job Description

Your New Role

Join a close-knit and high performing Project Services team as a Proposal Analyst. You'll love being part of a highly engaged and motivated team that support each other and love to celebrate their wins. This is a fast paced environment within a defence context, so there will be plenty of challenge and variety.

Your role will involve developing, planning and scheduling proposals. You will compile cost, schedule and technical elements in the development of proposals in line with RFP specifications. You will coordinate broadly across the team to collect and accumulate cost, scheduling and performance elements from functional departments, so relationship skills and time management are a key focus.

You will research and analyse historical data to support proposal efforts and you'll be a key participant in fact-finding meetings. You'll also be involved in pricing reviews with Management and Customer Representatives so this is a great role for those seeking to develop their careers and personal brands within a growth phase business.

Demonstrated experience with Service Level and Performance Management is also required.
