Your new role 

This is the fast-paced, dynamic HR Operations role you have been waiting for! 

We're seeking an HR Service Centre Consultant to join a team of three experienced Consultants and deliver high quality HR service across the breadth of hire to retire people processes including: 

  • generation of offer letters, letters for changes to employment terms and conditions, creation of personnel records and files; 
  • coordination of onboarding activities;
  • coordination with the HR COEs and other internal teams to provide practical, accurate and timely resolution to employee queries on benefits, entitlements, contract clauses and internal HR processes
  • management of the internal referral process; 
  • HR reporting and analytics;  
  • coordination of training; 
  • management of all data in the HRIS, Work Day. 

This is a fast paced role in a rapidly growing organisation, so there will be plenty of opportunity to support broader HR projects and initiatives that form part of our People Plan. Our HR Service Centre is still relatively young, so bring your ideas and experience in process improvement, streamlining and user experience optimisation.

Location: This role will be based in Clayton however there is a possibility of moving to Scoresby in future, so proximity to the South Eastern suburbs and car access is highly desirable. We have ample parking on-site.

Qualifications

About you and what you'll bring 

You have experience in an HR Service Centre environment and will hit the ground running on all first level HR matters. You have well developed reporting skills including at least intermediate excel level and a high degree of detail orientation. You are a customer centric person with a hospitable nature and strong communication skills and you take delight in being the positive interaction in someone’s day.  A Certificate IV/Diploma in Human Resources or similar field from a recognized tertiary institution would be highly desirable. Applicants must hold Australian citizenship in order to be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
