Job Description

As the Business Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships and engagements with our Defence customer for a major information integration program.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will:

  • Establish and maintain enduring, inclusive relationships and communications with key senior stakeholders within Defence’s CIO Group and across the Defence ISR community
  • Organise, manage and lead or participate in customer and stakeholder meetings
  • Participate in technical workshops with Defence stakeholders and the Leidos engineering team
  • Work with the Leidos Program Manager, Defence PMO and stakeholders to identify and manage risks, issues and schedule
  • Contribute to planning, documentation and reviews of program deliverables

Qualifications

You will have a Batchelor degree or higher together with substantial relevant professional experience and specialised training.  An NV1 security clearance or higher is required for this role.

Coupled with your education you have:

  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with Defence stakeholders
  • Substantial experience with and exposure to the ICT environment within Defence
  • Broad understanding of Defence CIO Group’s change management processes
  • Exposure to and understanding of Defence’s ISR community
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture, systems and software engineering
  • Project management experience on large, complex ICT projects
