Our Classified business stream is experiencing significant growth. To support this we are seeking talented ICT Accreditation/Security/Risk Analysts who hold an existing Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) or NV2 security clearance.

Your New Role

This great opportunity will see you working in an autonomous and highly collaborative government team, supporting team members and unique customer user groups. You will be required to perform security assessment activities to determine the security posture to guide certificaiton and accreditation of systems and applications.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• identifying, analysing and documenting risks relating to IT projects, and making reccomendations for risk reduction
• developing and maintaining documentation, procedures and security policies. This may include SoA, SSP, SRMP, ISP, IRP and technincal evlauations.
• conducting security reviews, assessing, and evaluating activities as part of the ICT Certification and Accreditation process
• Facilitating accrediation workshops with a unique set of stakeholders across the business
• documenting compliance statements for certifications consideration by the ITSA

Required skills, qualifactions and experience include:

• Minumum NV2 Security Clearance, TS PV highly regarded
• Past/current Cloud infrastructure background with the ability to integrate operations back to Corporate Systems
• Past/current systems/network adminstration
• Proven, applied and conceptual knowledge and skills in analysis of IT systems, risk assessment and advice
• Experience in IT risk management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An understanding of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), the stronger the better!
• Tertiary or or industry experience in IT, IT Security or IT Risk Management

The role is Canberra based, without the need for travel.

You'll enjoy the balance of a hands on technical role, with a client relationship focus and have a solid background in Service Delivery Management. Not one to shy away from tough decisions, you are diplomatic and consultative in your approach but able to balance commercial imperatives within a challenging and complex program.
