Your new Role

You will join our busy Talent Acquisition Team of 6 and partner closely with our Canberra Recruitment Leads on end to end recruitment across Defence and Federal Government portfolios. This is a fast growing business and a project driven environment, so you will be recruiting roles in Melbourne and Canberra across Engineering and IT disciplines.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to forge strong relationships with our hiring managers and advise on and execute creative sourcing strategies, a robust yet engaging selection process, and be involved with implementing innovative recruitment systems and processes. 

You will also have the opportunity to support the broader HR team in exciting projects including Employee Experience, Onboarding and Diversity.

This is a full time, permanent roles based around Canberra. We have a culture of flexibility - you can expect to move between our offices in Braddon, Civic and Kingston along with working from home options. 

About you and what you’ll bring

You will have experience in end to end recruitment, either from an internal or agency recruitment team. Experience in the domains of Engineer, IT or Defence are highly valued but not essential. Due to Security Clearance requirements, you must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible to apply.
