Your new role 

This is the job share opportunity you've been waiting for! 

We're seeking an HR Service Centre Consultant to job share with one of your future peers, working 19 hours per week. You'll join a team of three experienced Consultants and deliver the following support: 

  • generating offer letters, promotion and transfer letters, probation reports etc; 
  • coordination of onboarding; 
  • First line of support for all employee and hiring manager enquiries on benefits, entitlements, contract clauses and internal HR process; 
  • management of the internal referral process; 
  • HR reporting and analytics;  
  • coordination of training; 
  • management of all data in the HRIS, Work Day. 

We're particularly interested in candidates who have a strong flair for data and reporting, as you will have ample opportunity to support the business partners with bespoke reporting and insights for their business units on a range of HR matters. 

This is a fast paced role in a rapidly growing organisation, so there will be plenty of opportunity to support broader HR projects and initiatives that form part of our 2018/2019 People Plan. Our HR Service Centre is still relatively young, so bring your ideas and experience in process improvement, streamlining and user experience optimisation.

Days: You must be available to work Tuesday and Thursday and the third day is of your choosing. 

Location: This role will be based in Clayton however there is a possibility of moving to Scoresby in future, so proximity to the South Eastern suburbs and car access is highly desirable. We have ample parking on-site.

Qualifications

About you and what you'll bring 

You have experience in an HR Service Centre environment and will hit the ground running on all first level HR matters. You have well developed reporting skills including at least intermediate excel level and a high degree of detail orientation.  You are a customer centric person with a hospitable nature, you delight in being the positive interaction in someone’s day.  A certificate IV/Diploma in Human Resources or similar field from a recognized tertiary institution would be highly desirable along with Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
