Job Description

Your New Role

We're looking for someone who has experience in Search to join our Careers Team, leading proactive search and strategic sourcing initiatives. You will work with Senior Executives across Leidos Australia and the Talent Acquisition Leads to source 'hard to fill,' niche and Executive level candidates. This will give you rare access to all of the Executives across the business, enabling you to establish strong working relationships.

In addition to Search, you will manage some of the reporting for the team in order to deliver insights on our candidate market, our teams' operations and our business. You'll also support cross functional projects that are critical to our People Plan for 2018. As part of the broader HR team, you'll have plenty of opportunity to develop your skillset and stretch yourself.

Location: A truly mobile role, you'll spend time in each of our sites across Melbourne including a day in Scoresby, the CBD and Clayton. We have flexible practices and support work from home days.

Qualifications

About You and What You'll Bring

You are an experienced Search specialist. You've come from an organisation where Search is highly valued, particularly in influencing senior stakeholders in decision making. Industry background is not a key focus, we're more interested in your ability to mature and elevate a Search function within a Talent Acquisition team.

Most importantly, you like to play and win as a team, you are credible and considered in your approach and you excel in building relationships. You must be a self-starter and confident making this role your own. Resilience and ability to work within ambiguity is important in our 'start up' like culture.
