Your New Role

Leidos Australia, is seeking an Accounts Payable Auditor for a temporary to permanent role in their Scoresby office, Join a team that is growing and works very closely together.

 This is an accounts payable position with a difference, attention to detail, ability to read between the lines and keen understanding of how to approach problem solving in a very system centric environment is essential.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Reviewing invoices processed and ensure all data is accurate
• Approve invoices for posting to ERP and subsequent payment
• Investigate discrepant invoices and recommend actions to resolve
• Provide support to procurement team to ensure that timely processing and payments of vendor invoices
• Resolve supplier queries and reconcile outstanding accounts
• Initiate foreign currency payments with Treasury
• Provide additional administrative support for the credit card program

About you and what you will bring

 You will have a very good understanding of an accounts payable role and interested in picking up the phone to understand any underlying issues. Curiosity is necessary as with the ability to communicate well on email as well as more formally. If you have good initiative and the ability to ask the right questions this is the place for you.
