Job Description

Your new role
An average week for a Graduate Software Engineer could include a wide range of activities, including:

  • Assisting with planning, conducting and coordinating software development activities
  • Using your skills to assist with the design, development and testing of software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language
  • Applying processes, procedures, standards and tools during the development process
  • Using your knowledge of computer hardware and software, information processing techniques, and information gathered from system users, to develop software
  • Liaising with system users to understand their needs, goals, and any issues or limitations
  • Collaborating on activities, including: correcting program errors, preparing instructions, analysing system capabilities and output requirements, in order to meet software standards
Graduates will be supported to develop their skills and knowledge specific to this role, to ensure they are able to contribute and reach their highest potential.

Qualifications

About you and what you’ll bring
This role is ideal for someone who is completing or has recently completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline, such as:
  • Bachelor Information Technology
