Job Description

The Private Markets Fundraising Execution & Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of multiple private markets fundraising campaigns across strategies, geographies and client segments.

The role acts as the central coordination point between Private Market Sales, Investments, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure Private Market fundraising campaigns are delivered in a consistent, scalable and efficient manner. This position is designed to enable Private Market Sales professionals to focus on client engagement and capital raising activities by ensuring they have access to the information, materials, processes and infrastructure required to execute successful fundraising campaigns.

Success in the role requires outstanding project management capabilities, strong organisational skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail and a willingness to leverage technology and process improvement to create a repeatable and scalable fundraising model.

This is not a client servicing role. It is a fundraising execution, coordination and project management position focused on driving the successful delivery of private markets capital raising initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the execution of multiple concurrent private markets fundraising campaigns, identifying and tracking key milestones, deliverables and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
  • Developing and maintaining campaign plans, timelines and governance frameworks, supporting efficient and consistent fundraising execution across strategies
  • Coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Distribution, Investments, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Operations, aligning stakeholders and driving delivery
  • Identifying execution risks, bottlenecks and dependencies, proactively escalating issues and facilitating effective resolution
  • Enabling fundraising success by coordinating the development, maintenance and distribution of investor-facing materials, due diligence content and sales collateral
  • Managing due diligence processes, maintaining investor data rooms and digital repositories, and ensuring timely, accurate responses to DDQs, RFIs, RFPs and other investor requests
  • Driving process optimisation through technology, automation and workflow improvements, standardising fundraising activities and developing reporting, dashboards and operational metrics
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships, serving as the central coordination point for fundraising activity, facilitating governance meetings and ensuring accountability for deliverables

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience within private markets, asset management or fundraising with an understanding of complex investment environments
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and stakeholders simultaneously while delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools, automation platforms and digital workflows to improve productivity, streamline processes and enhance fundraising execution
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improving information management and creating scalable, technology-enabled solutions across fundraising activities
  • Proven organisational, programme management and problem-solving skills, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Building effective relationships and communicating confidently with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of seniority, influencing outcomes and driving collaboration
  • Championing continuous improvement, implementing process enhancements and driving operational efficiencies through best-practice ways of working
  • Demonstrating knowledge of private markets fundraising, institutional investor due diligence, alternative investment products, CRM and fundraising technologies, investor data rooms, and fund launch or capital-raising activities while embracing new technologies and innovation across teams

Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:

  • The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
  • Generous pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
  • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
  • Competitive family leave
  • Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
  • There are many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
  • We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
