Job Description
We’re looking for a Communications Executive to join our Workplace Savings team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their communications career who enjoys detail-led work, structured processes and seeing work through from request to completion.

- Reviewing content for accuracy, formatting, grammar, version control and compliance requirements
- Managing mailbox queries and coordinating answers with the right internal teams
- Working with agencies, suppliers and stakeholders to progress communication updates and approvals
- Supporting email campaigns, ad hoc mailings and member communication activity
- Using insight, data and feedback to help improve the effectiveness of communications
Who we're looking for:
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors in copy, formatting and information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Confidence following processes and working through structured admin tasks
- Experience creating, reviewing or coordinating customer-facing communications
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including confidence using Excel
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, agencies and suppliers
- Interest in financial services, workplace pensions or regulated communications
Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:
- The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes

- At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
- Competitive family leave
- Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
- There are many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
- We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
