Job Description

We’re looking for a Distribution Data Analyst to join our Institutional Distribution team, supporting the continued growth of our Private Markets business. This role sits at the intersection of data, sales strategy, and client engagement, offering the opportunity to work closely with investment, product, and distribution teams.

You’ll play a key role in turning data into actionable insights, managing sales pipelines, and enhancing how we engage with clients and consultants. Alongside this, you’ll help drive efficiencies through improved processes and the use of emerging technologies, including AI.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building dashboards and reports to enhance decision-making across the distribution team
  • Managing and maintaining the private markets sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy and meaningful reporting
  • Owning and optimising Salesforce usage, including workflows, reporting, and data quality improvements
  • Producing management information and performance insights for senior stakeholders
  • Creating high-quality presentations and client materials tailored to institutional audiences
  • Supporting client and consultant meetings by preparing briefing materials and data packs
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance processes through automation and AI-enabled tools

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a data-driven role within investment management, private markets, or institutional distribution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and interpret large datasets
  • Advanced Salesforce capability, including reporting, dashboards, and workflow management
  • Understanding of private markets (e.g. private credit, infrastructure, real assets, private equity)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information clearly
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and producing MI for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Interest in process improvement, digital tools, or AI-driven ways of working

Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:

  • The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
  • Generous pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
  • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
  • Competitive family leave
  • Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
  • There are many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
  • We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
