This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and enhancing testing capability, with a strong focus on improving quality, driving automation, and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
You’ll be working across a diverse application landscape, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure testing is efficient, effective, and aligned to business needs. This role offers the chance to influence how testing is delivered while helping to build and mature testing practices.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end testing across projects and programmes, ensuring quality standards are met
- Developing and implementing test strategies and test data management approaches
- Planning and managing test activities including scope, timelines, resources, and methodologies
- Collaborating with stakeholders to defining test scenarios, test cases, and execution plans
- Overseeing test execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment to agreed plans
- Managing defect identification, prioritisation, tracking, and resolution processes
- Providing regular reporting on test progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement across testing practices, including automation and efficiency
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong experience leading testing within complex project and enterprise environments
- Proven expertise in test planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects
- Hands-on experience with test data management and data testing including ETL or data migration
- Understanding of a range of testing methodologies including Agile and traditional delivery models
- Experience using test management and automation tools to support delivery and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to lead, coach, and support team members to improve capability and performance
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:
- The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
- Generous pension contribution
- Life assurance
- Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
- At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
- Competitive family leave
- Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
- There are many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
- We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
