Job Description
We’re recruiting for a ’Senior Finance Analyst to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.
We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join a busy and collaborative Finance team supporting an international Asset Management division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality financial operations, partnering with stakeholders across global markets, and contributing to the continuous improvement of finance processes. You will be part of an inclusive team environment where diverse perspectives are valued and where you can develop your skills and make a meaningful impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and posting expense journals for international subsidiaries across multiple regions
- Calculating and processing intercompany invoices and fund recharges
- Managing fixed asset registers including Right of Use assets under IFRS16
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records and logs
- Supporting the accounting and processing of international payrolls
- Monitoring and updating headcount and cost centre data within finance systems
- Providing timely and accurate financial information and insights to stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement by enhancing processes and bringing activities in-house
Who we’re looking for:
- AAT qualified or part-qualified accountant (or equivalent experience)
- Understanding of core accounting processes and principles
- Strong Excel and general IT skills
- Experience working with accounting systems (desirable)
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience within a UK financial services environment (desirable)
