Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-driven and analytical individual to join our Customer Service team as an Ignite Data Quality Administrator.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of mortgage data across our Ignite platform. You’ll work closely with a range of internal teams and external partners, supporting high-quality data standards and helping to improve processes that directly impact customer outcomes.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and contributing to continuous improvement in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Auditing and validating mortgage product data submitted by lenders
- Reviewing and checking data against external sources such as lender websites
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within Ignite systems
- Applying quality checks and controls to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Identifying errors, inconsistencies and potential risks within data sets
- Analysing feedback, trends and customer insights to highlight areas for improvement
- Supporting continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing process enhancements
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately at pace
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with data
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to identify issues and escalate risks appropriately
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with data, administration, or quality assurance processes
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- A collaborative, team-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:
- The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
- Generous pension contribution
- Life assurance
- Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
- At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
- Competitive family leave
- Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
- There are many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
- We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
