Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team in a homebased role. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage key partnerships, influence performance, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across a dynamic, regulated environment.
You’ll play a central role in building strong partner relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving commercial and customer outcomes. If you enjoy working collaboratively, using data to inform decisions, and making a tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with assigned partners across commercial, operational and delivery teams
- Representing the business professionally and proactively managing issues, risks and opportunities within partnerships
- Supporting the delivery of partner strategies and priorities alongside senior stakeholders
- Coordinating governance activities including meetings, reporting packs, actions and follow-ups across key forums
- Acting as a central point of coordination between partners and internal teams to ensure aligned delivery
- Monitoring performance against KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve commercial and customer outcomes
- Overseeing operational performance and supporting continuous improvement across customer journeys
- Bringing together subject matter experts to deliver outcomes and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders
Who we're looking for:
- Experience in account management, programme coordination or delivery within a complex organisation
- Strong understanding of UK financial services, ideally within insurance, banking, wealth or regulated distribution
- Good knowledge of governance, risk and conduct requirements in a regulated environment
- Ability to interpret data and MI to track performance and support decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage across multiple teams
- Understanding of customer journeys, particularly digital or contact-centre led models
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive progress
