Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Employee Relations Advisor on a 14 month FTC to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.
We’re looking for an Employee Relations Advisor who’s passionate about people and committed to fostering a fair, inclusive, and supportive working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative HR team where your insights and expertise will help shape how we support our colleagues across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing expert advice on people policies and procedures
- Supporting managers and colleagues with employee relations queries
- Maintaining accurate employee records in our HR systems
- Escalating complex cases and identifying potential risks
- Coaching stakeholders to build confidence in HR processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the ER team
- Collaborating with HR, UNITE, and business teams to build strong partnerships
- Promoting best practice and compliance with employment legislation
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in handling generalist HR or employee relations matters
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence in analysing ER case information and offering solutions
- A collaborative approach to working with stakeholders at all levels
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience (preferred)
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
