Job Description

We have a newly created position for an Attribution Analyst to join the Performance & Attribution function. In this role you will be delivering attribution analysis across several LGIM funds and strategies. The team regularly meet with key stakeholders around the business to understand their requirements and continuously review and enhance our service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Production and development of performance and attribution analysis across multiple asset classes – Fixed Income, LDI and Multi Asset
  • Actively participating in meetings with fund managers, strategists, and product specialists
  • Working collaboratively with our data, technology, product and investment partners to deliver enhancements to attribution models and processes
  • Continually seeking to understand and satisfy our clients’ and stakeholders requirements
  • Ensuring appropriate controls are in place for all functions within the team
  • Sharing knowledge and collaborate with other team members
  • Staying well informed about markets, investments, methodologies and LGIM’s products, initiatives and investor requirements

 

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  • Educated to a degree level, preferably in subject with mathematical content
  • Knowledge of investment management industry
  • Strong bond mathematics skills
  • Knowledge on Python, VBA and/or SQL
  • A real interest for the markets
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively, both individually and within a team
  • Proactive and effective approach
  • Knowledge of Fixed Income, LDI and pension industry
