Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Digital and Social Content Assistant to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will support with the delivery of effective and engaging content to reach audiences on digital and social channels.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting the Digital and Social Content Executive with creating engaging multimedia content to support campaigns and initiatives (e.g., videos, podcasts, graphics, and other visual and audio content) on a range of digital channels
- Ensuring content aligns with key audience segments, following brand and tone of voice guidelines, and being accessible
- Collaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders to understand the impact of content, formats, and campaigns
- Supporting the wider team with delivering content and campaigns to meet deadlines, working to the content calendar
- Assisting the wider team in planning, developing, and delivering creative campaigns that support our commercial targets
- Working within our appropriate risk and compliance framework and demonstrating the key behaviors of a professional, supportive, and engaging marketing function
Qualifications

- Creative thinker with an attention to detail
- Strong content and communication skills
- Collaborative; excellent team player and able to work across different levels of the business
- Strong organisational skills - able to manage multiple projects, operate under time pressure and work to deadlines
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Enthusiasm and understanding of how social media works is essential
