Job Description
We now have a brand new permanent opportunity within Legal & General Affordable Homes for a Senior Data Analyst. You will be a key member of a small agile Data Operations team focused on delivering data solutions across the organisation. We need a team member who can operate effectively working in a fast-paced team, but also autonomously when required.
The person will need to be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and translate their requirements into data solutions. They will need to have the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and understand broader business processes. They should be able to provide recommendations and implementations of best practices for data management and data quality for the organisation. It would be an advantageous to have experience with mentoring and coaching other data analysts and creating re-usable processes for others.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be highly experienced with data migrations and wrangling data from disparate systems. They will be confident with designing and implementing complex data mappings, transformations, ETL processes, and data validations. Additionally, they will be skilled in creating data flow processes, automations, data analysis, data modelling, and ad hoc reporting.
- Strong experience in Excel and Salesforce technical skills with experience in MS Dynamics, Alteryx and API development being a positive.
- Ability to be calm in the face of changing priorities
- Strong preference of CRM ideally Salesforce / Dynamics 365
- some fluency in SQL / Python
- Apex - Salesforce platform
