Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven and creative Field Marketing Representative with a go-get attitude in our local office in Spain. 

The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for driving brand awareness, acquisition and engagement by adapting and localising the headquarters marketing strategy to the local market.

We are looking for someone that will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns, by working closely with the marketing manager from the headquarters but also with the local sales and CRM teams to promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities. The Field Marketing Representative will work hand in hand with our headquarters specialist marketing team in order to address each marketing channel both with a strategic and local approach.


  • Decline headquarters SEO, SEA and SMA best practices into local needs while being force of proposition for your zone 

  • Manage communication campaign locally hand in hand with your local team in Spain and with the guidelines shared by headquarters

  • Translate and localise communication content where needed to make it relevant to our local clients 

  • Research and Segment our local target audience

  • Work with our social media manager to grow a local community to have the possibility to target the posts

  • Propose dedicated content about clients, events... for our social media channels 

  • Analysis of your zone: identifying where the churn lies, reasons and creating and executing a cross-team plan of actions to improve the performance of your geographical zone.  

  • Work with the local PR agency for local opportunities, assist in newshacking locally - work with local spokesperson (sales, growth) 

  • For european PR campaigns - translate and localise where needed to make the campaigns impactful in your country

  • Find local business partners (incubators & accelerators) and work with existing ones for both brand awareness and co-marketing actions and to generate leads

  • Propose key local organisational partners and animate their networking and relationship with them (example Sharing Espana in Spain)

  • Find, select and propose interesting external events for sales and/or csm to attend to and be responsible of the logistics locally 

  • Organize dedicated local events for engagement with customers

  • Work closely with mainly our marketing team in Paris to translate best practices into local actions


  • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing 

  • Broad knowledge and experience in multi-channel digital marketing 

  • Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution

  • A self-starting attitude, ready to embrace opportunities and make an impact without needing to be told

  • Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis is a plus

  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements

  • Metric and KPI oriented with experience in defining and tracking marketing and sales KPIs

  • Work experience in B2B, FinTech and/or payment solutions is a plus

  • Leadership, strategic thinking, and executional excellence.

  • Strong ability to communicate with confidence and integrity and compassion via phone, email and in-person with both internal teams and clients.

  • A strong customer orientated mindset with a real will to make changes for clients

Tools and Languages : 

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Salesforce, Google AdWords and experience interpreting data and communicating results to marketing and business stakeholders is a plus

  • This is a role that works on a European level, therefore we are looking for someone bilingual in English and Spanish.
