Lecle Vietnam is seeking potential candidates for our new Blockchain product launching. The Marketing executive will work closely with the Product manager and be the main contact point to our end-users. Your main responsibility would be to announce events, answer queries, brainstorm and manage marketing activities to raise awareness of the blockchain product in the community.

Responsibilities

Manage community in communication platforms like Twitter, Telegram & Discord; which includes the following tasks:

• Announce important events and upgrade from the product.
• Respond and conduct documents to guide users how to use the product
• Answer any queries related to the product usage in general.
• Organize marketing activities to boost awareness of the product.
• Gather feedback from users and encourage them to report bugs/ wish-list features to improve the product.
• Occasionally write articles to educate users about the product and the ecosystem as a whole

Maintain relationships with community contributors/ influencers, as some of them might want to contribute to the product through their marketing channels such as YouTube or Twitter.

• Able to maintain a positive, energetic and professional manner when approaching users.
• Have past experience in launching a blockchain product and supported the team in marketing related roles.
• English communication capability is a must

Nice-to-have

• Have a basic understanding of how DeFi products work, prior experience with lending pools and yield optimizer products as a user is highly preferable.
• Understand how important users are in this type of DAO orientated product, as they will participate in governance to make decisions on the product transparently.-
