Job Description

About You

The Digital Marketing Associate will help develop, refine, support and execute Leapgen’s brand awareness and inbound marketing strategy. The Digital Marketing Associate will work closely with cross-functional team members to increase and enhance Leapgen’s digital presence in our target market.  In this role, you'll report to our Digital Marketing Manager. and also work closely with our Head of Marketing, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Executive Officer.

What you’ll do:

  • Graphic design and digital asset production

  • Creating and managing presentations, templates, and slideware

  • Event coordination, including organizing details of digital events, conferences, and keynote speaking engagements

  • Managing our Company store as well as shipping and ordering collateral

What you probably know: 

  • Google Slides and PowerPoint

  • Canva

  • Final Cut Pro

  • Adobe Suite programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Wordpress is a plus

  • Hubspot is a plus

Where you might pinch hit:

  • Website maintenance

  • Social media and community engagement

Qualifications

You're a self-starter, naturally driven, organized, curious, collaborative, energetic and passionate about your work. You check your ego at the door: you’re a team player, ready to jump into any request, and eager to support the company in any way possible. You’re comfortable working fast on time-sensitive deliverables, speaking up when you have questions or need direction, and have strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Education

  • Will consider all relevant experience and education, including portfolio or related work examples
