Job Description

As a Service Account Manager, you will initially learn basic sales skills and understand the general day to day fun and challenges at our events. 

This will include: 

  • Interactive encounters – Working at our Private Events, you will work directly with the public, providing information, demonstrations of our client's products and services, and completing sales transactions for both new and existing customers. 
  • Personalized approach – We have fun in everything that we do, so you will have a fun, outgoing, and enthusiastic manner at all times. 
  • Memorable experiences – We always want to leave our customers with an unforgettable experience, so they become long term customers. We have high standards, so you will need to be able to provide a professional but fun experience for our customers. 
  • Quantifiable data and metrics – Part of your role will include learning how to track merchandise, recording client information, and record data for the success of the events. You will also learn about profit margins for each of our events. 
  • Persuasive narratives – We will provide you will all of the training needed for you to be a fantastic Sales Representative. This will include sales techniques and leadership skills for you to be able to deliver amazing results and build an excellent reputation. 
  • Compelling reasoning – By specializing in in-person promotions, you will be able to effectively communicate our client's brands and values in a way that's unique to every customer—engaging with our customers in a way that will make them feel special. 
  • FUN branding – Sales and Branding is an enjoyable role. Leap in the right direction, and you will never work a day again in your life! 

Qualifications

  • Driven, tenacious, proactive with the ability to engage customers 
  • Thick-skinned with the ability to move on from rejection 
  • Computer literate 
  • Ability to learn about products and services to describe/explain them to prospects 
  • Excellent time management
