Job Description

This role will support CoE teams with bespoke projects, playing a critical role in evaluating existing organizational practices, researching external best practices and innovations, performing competitive analysis, and ensuring optimal project and initiative execution. Foundational

Responsibilities: Administration (70%)
•Support administrative work to support CoE programs including but not limited to:
oProcessing vendor invoices and SOW execution
oMonitoring for/responding to Learning inbox inquiries
oMaintaining and monitoring Global Learning platform (i.e., course/offeringcreation, tracking enrollments, attendance, waitlists, cancellations, post-coursesurveys, and employee transcripts)
oAdministering assessments and other course materials for initiatives andtrainings
oFielding questions related to tuition reimbursement policy and third-partyvendors
oLiasing with stakeholders to manage Executive Coaching engagements andprocess necessary paperwork
•Support with coordination, administration and reporting when launching global,enterprise-wide programs, training content, talent processes, surveys, cultureinitiatives, etc.
•Support with all aspects of LMS management and enhancements
•Support with scheduling training and drafting employee/manager communications
•Serve as the primary Zoom administrator on behalf of CoE (i.e., creatingmeetings/webinars, processing requests for new/modified accounts, providingproducer support, troubleshooting, etc.)
Facilitation & Instructional Design (10%)
•Support on design and facilitation of learning content and training, as needed;including new hire orientation, open curriculum and e-learning development
Project Management (20%)
•Support delivery of CoE initiatives, as time permits

Qualifications

2-5 years of exp

Degree required

LMS-Workday is preferred
