We are looking for bubbly, energetic students in Cape Town to join our Outbound Contact Centre team in a part-time role. Here you will get to have great conversations with some amazing people and provide them with offers that will truly change their lives!

What you’ll do

• Have conversations with a variety of people to explain various offers
• Use scripts to provide information about offers, products etc. 
• Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone / Persuade customers to accept/purchase the offer 
• Listen to the customers' needs to generate sales / leads
• Handle questions, objections or complaints in a professional manner 
• Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
• Walk customers through certain processes 
• Accurately record information about the call 
• Meet / exceed set targets

The Legal Stuff 

• There is a market-related base salary in place as well commission for each sale that is made. 
• This is an office-based role where you will be expected to work Monday to Friday in our office in Cape Town Central. You will be able to work shifts to accommodate your varsity schedule
