What you’ll do

• Have conversations with a variety of people to explain various offers

• Use scripts to provide information about offers, products etc. 

• Persuade customers to accept the offer 

• Handle objections or complaints in a professional manner 

• Walk customers through certain processes 

• Accurately record information about the call 

• Meet / exceed set targets 

What you bring 

• At least 6 months of experience in lead generation or sales (preferably in a contact centre environment) 

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas 

• Amazing objection handling and persuasion skills 

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in English

• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems

The Legal Stuff 

• This is a basic salary plus commission-based role where you are in charge of how much you earn, the more leads you generate, the higher your income will be. 

• This is an office-based role where you will be expected to work Monday to Friday in our office in Three Anchor Bay, Cape Town.
